(c) Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POLYATO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Polyato and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
